Baked Peanut Butter Cereal Squares

Ingredients:

100 grams of raw quinoa

100 grams of oatmeal

3-4 tsp Creative Nature hemp seeds

40 gram puffed Amaranth

100 grams grated coconut

60 gram peanut butter

180 ml agave syrup

Directions: 

1./ Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. Mix the raw quinoa along with the oatmeal and put it in a baking pan for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until both are crispy. Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter and the agave syrup in a saucepan over low heat until both are melted and it is a paste.

2./ Remove the quinoa and oatmeal from the oven and add the buckwheat, quinoa and roasted grated coconut to it. Stir well, then add the peanut butter and agave. Mix everything together and put into a baking pan. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

3./ Cut into pieces and eat as-is or with chocolate melted on top. Enjoy!
