Cacao Autumn Porridge Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond or other dairy free milk
  • 3/4 cup porridge oats 
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp raw honey/maple syrup/brown rice syrup
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp Creative Nature Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Creative Nature Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp baobab powder 
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

 Directions

  1. Heat the almond milk on the lowest heat in a saucepan 
  2. Add the oats, flaxseed and sweetener and stir constantly for 3-4 minutes until well combined 
  3. Add a dash more almond milk if the porridge is thicker than you like and turn off the heat
  4. Stir again and place into a bowl
  5. Chop your banana into coins and lay these along one edge of the bowl, overlapping 
  6. Next to the banana, sprinkle a thin line of half a tsp of cacao powder
  7. Next, sprinkle your seeds in a line, then your baobab, then your pb and then finally the rest of your cacao powder 
  8. Serve as an impressive, beautiful breakfast!
