ChocoChocolate Cake

ChocoChocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 80g dates soaked in hot water for about 30 minutes
  • cinnamon
  • 60g oats

What to do:

  • place the dates in a food processor
  • slowly add the oats and cinnamon
  • form a ball and press the crust into your baking form
  • bake for 10 minutes at 180degree

For the chocolate filling:

  • 90g soy yoghurt
  • 150g chickpeas
  • 10g cacao ( I used the one from @creativenaturesuperfoods)
  • 2 teaspoons agave (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

What to do:

  • place all the ingredients in a food processor
  • mix until well combined
  • put it on the crust and bake everything at 150degree for about 30 minutes
  • place the cake in the fridge overnight

For the chocolate frosting:

  • 30g banana
  • 30g avocado
  • 10g cacao
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice

What to do:

  • the next day place all the ingredients in a food processor
  • spread it over your cake
  • top it for example with cacao nibs
  • and your chocolate cake is finish
  • ENJOY!
