Superfood Lunch Snacks


  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisons 
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Creative Nature Shelled hemp seeds



  1. Add the cashew nuts to a blender and blitz until they begin to break down ( be careful not to blend them into a flour or nut butter though)
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture forms together like a dough. Then move the mixture to a cling film lined loaf tin, pressing it down with a fork and store in the fridge. Keep it there for a couple of hours before cutting the mixture into bars.
