Festive Cacao & Buckwheat Granola


  • 250g oats
  • 150g buckwheat
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Creative Nature cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 150g dates
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 50g Creative Nature cacao nibs
  • 50g Creative Nature goji berries


In a large bowl, mix the oats, buckwheat, cinnamon, cacao powder and maple syrup. Make sure all the oats and buckwheat is lightly coated with spices and syrup, then spread onto a large baking tray. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes, mixing/turning 1-2 times during the bake. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Once cooled, mix with chopped dates, sunflower seeds, goji berries and cacao nibs. Store in an air-tight container and use within 3 months.
