Goji and Cacao Nib Bars

Goji and Cacao Nib Bars


  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 1/4 cup + 1tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Creative Nature cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup Creative Nature goji berries
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp milk (I used almond milk)



Add all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the almond butter (or nut butter of choice) and milk and mix well to form a thick dough. Press the mixture into a silicone bar mould/brownie pan/mini loaf pan and freeze for 2 hours. Take out as needed (useful for not overeating!).

Makes 10 small bars
