Raw Hemp and Raspberry Balls


1 cup oats

1 1/2 cups dates

2 tsp Creative Nature guarana powder

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 cup mulberries, banana chips, shelled hemp seeds, goji berries, chia seeds, dried raspberries, etc.


1./ Process the oats, coconut, cacao powder in your food processor until they become a rough flour.

2./ Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it sticks together. Afterwards shape balls and roll them in the shredded banana chips/ hemp seeds / dried raspberry, etc.

3./ Put it in a freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy!
