Spirulina, Pear and Plum

Time to go Green with Spirulina!
Spirulina can be hard to mask the taste but we have a recipe that works.
Recipe serves 4
- 3g (1/2 tsp) Creative Nature Spirulina
- 2 Pears
- 1 Plum
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Water
- Handful of Ice
Whizz up in your Vitamix or blender and serve!
Make sure it is Hawaiian Spirulina though as other Organic Spirulina’s out there just do not have the same nutrients in. You would need to consume much more to get the same benefit, working out more expensive in the long run.
With Hawaiian Spirulina it has more Iron, Chlorophyll and Beta Carotene than any other out there, plus the second best protein under eggs!
