Superfood Breakfast Jar

Ingredients

Bottom:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • sweetener if required

middle:

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Creative Nature maca powder
  • sweetener

top:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp blueberry powder or mashed blueberries
  • sweetener
  • top with Creative Nature goji berries, dried bilberries and Creative Nature Cacao nibs

Method

For the bottom layer blend the banana with the liquids in order to make some banana mylk and add the chia seeds. Set aside to thicken for at least 5 minutes and stir from time to time.

For the middle and top layers you have to mix everything and let it all thicken for a few hours, best would be overnight, for a nice and creamy overnight oat texture.

Top the whole jar with dried berries and cacao nibs for extra vitamins and antioxidants. This way you have a super sweet yet super healthy jar full of fibre, vitamins, antioxidants and energyboosters for the perfect start of a day!
