We are always striving to get the best shipping prices for you. If prices fall, we will update our shipping rates, if prices increase, we will absorb the costs so you don’t pay extra.
We are happy to announce that all UK Mainland* orders over £20 will be FREE. Lighter orders will be sent with Royal Mail and heavier orders will be sent via UK Mail.
We now offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE for all orders over £95.
We always aim to get orders sent out on the same day, if they are placed before 14:00GMT. If this is not possible (during bank holidays or over Christmas) it will be sent at the earliest date available.
UK Mainland* delivery times (from date sent) are:
Royal Mail 2nd Class [3 to 6 working days]
UK Mail [NEXT WORKING DAY]
All overseas deliveries are sent via a courier and can be tracked.
International delivery times (from date sent) are:
UK Highlands and Islands [3 to 5 working days]
Republic of Ireland [3 to 5 working days]
Europe [2 to 14 working days]
Rest of World [4 to 14 working days]
We currently use UK Mail, International Couriers and Royal Mail to deliver our packages.
Royal Mail delivers 6 days a week to residential properties. Couriers deliver Mon-Friday only; normally between 9am and 6pm.
We are continually looking to lower our delivery costs. As we grow as a business, we will be able to establish better rates from our delivery agents which we will endeavour to pass onto you.
All shipping costs include VAT.
*except certain postcode areas in Northern Ireland and Scotland
Our website can now support all international orders. Simply create an account selecting your country and we will automatically add the appropriate shipping charge to your order. If you would like to use a different delivery company then please contact us via email@example.com letting us know which company you would like a quote from. We will find a quote from them and email you back but please note, the quote may be more than using our courier. Please have a look through our shipping tables and email us with any questions.
We can only replace orders lost in the post if you have purchased a service with tracking capabilities. We cannot refund an order if it does not have a tracking number.
For all enquiries, please make sure you have the product and Batch Number (can be found on the bottom of the tin) to hand, as this will speed things up greatly.
If you are not satisfied with your product, if you think it’s faulty or you simply changed your mind please contact us by phone first +44(0)208 979 0903. A lot of problems are easily solved over the phone.
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged or incomplete please notify our office immediately and retain the damaged packaging. We will then advise you on what to do.
You have the right to change your mind and return your order until 7 working days after the date of delivery. However, you can only exercise this right if the goods are unused and in the original packing. We require a written confirmation of your cancellation and you must return the goods to us at your expense. We will then issue you with a refund.
